This is my favorite Immune Boosting Recipe. I've been having it during Autumn days for the last few years. I haven't caught a cold or flu for a few years now. It's wonderful. Try it!
It will help you feel stronger for the cold months ahead. ;)
Turmeric Immune Shot
- 5cm piece of ginger
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder or 2cm of fresh turmeric
- 1-2 tsp of raw honey
- 1/2 lemon juice
Bring 1 cup of water and the ginger to boil
(if you're using fresh turmeric simmer it with the ginger)
Simmer for 20min
Take the piece of ginger out
Mix the turmeric powder, lemon juice & honey with the ginger water
This recipe will make 2 shots. Have 1 shot in the morning & 1 shot in the evening
Have the shots every day for 7 to 10 days.
