As the days are getting colder it is always nice to have a cup of hot chocolate. Hot chocolate is not only warming, comforting and deliciously a cup of love; but it's also nutritious. 1 1⁄2 cups oat milk (unsweetened)
1 1⁄2 tbsp raw cacao powder (make sure it is of good quality)
2 Medjool dates pitted
1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
Pinch ginger, ground
Pinch cinnamon, ground
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and heat until warm.
Serve in warm mugs, if possible. ;)
